SoftBank Neighborhood Invests $65 Million in UK AI Agency

TOKYO (Reuters) – SoftBank Neighborhood has invested $65 million in British company Tractable, an insurance protection technology company that makes employ of AI to evaluate insurance protection claims in images, the Nikkei Industry Day-to-day reported on Tuesday.

In June CEO Masayoshi Son acknowledged he deliberate to shift to “offence mode” as synthetic intelligence caught the glory of global traders. The neighborhood had previously slashed the volume of most up-to-date investments in 2022 as it sought to derive better from heavy losses on its Imaginative and prescient Fund investing arm.
