NEW DELHI: The Nifty Pharma index closed on a negative model on Friday.
Shares of Granules India Ltd.(up 1.57 per cent), Gland Pharma Ltd.(up 1.fifty three per cent), GlaxoSmithKline Prescribed pills Ltd.(up 0.61 per cent), Biocon Ltd.(up 0.55 per cent) and Sanofi India Ltd.(up 0.15 per cent) ended the day as high gainers in the pack.
Alternatively, Torrent Prescribed pills Ltd.(down 3.07 per cent), Zydus Lifesciences Ltd.(down 1.9 per cent), Abbott India Ltd.(down 1.75 per cent), Glenmark Prescribed pills Ltd.(down 1.27 per cent) and Natco Pharma Ltd.(down 1.2 per cent) achieved as the high losers of the day.
The Nifty Pharma index closed 0.56 per cent down at 15011.8.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index ended up 181.5 points at 19435.3, while the BSE Sensex stood up 555.75 points at 65387.16.
Among the many 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 41 ended in the green, while 9 closed in the red.
Shares of Vodafone Realizing, YES Financial institution, Indian Railway Fin, Suzlon Energy and BHEL were amongst the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Integrated Personnel, Pokarna Ltd, Rossell India, Railtel Corp and HLV Ltd. hit their original 52-week highs in this present day’s alternate, while GNA Axles, Penta Gold, Sanco Industries, FutureLifestyleFash and Orient Bell hit their original 52-week lows.
