Stock market replace: Nifty Auto index 0.55% in an upbeat market

The Nifty Auto index used to be shopping and selling 0.55 per cent at 22837.05.

NEW DELHI: The Nifty Auto index traded round 11:25AM(IST)on Thursday in an upbeat market.

Bharat Forge Ltd.(up 1.83 per cent), Tata Motors Ltd.(up 1.76 per cent), Exide Industries Ltd.(up 1.63 per cent), TVS Motor Company Ltd.(up 1.4 per cent) and Ashok Leyland Ltd.(up 1.21 per cent) were among the head gainers.

Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(down 0.84 per cent), Bajaj Auto Ltd.(down 0.13 per cent) and Bosch Ltd.(down 0.09 per cent) were the head losers on the index.

The Nifty Auto index used to be 0.55 per cent at 22837.05 on the time of penning this file.

Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index used to be up 72.96 elements at 23286.15, whereas the BSE Sensex used to be 192.41 elements at 76916.49.

Amongst the 50 shares within the Nifty index, 30 were shopping and selling within the golf green, whereas 20 were within the crimson.

Shares of Vodafone Notion, YES Bank, Zomato, IDBI Bank and IRFC were among the most traded shares on the NSE.

Shares of Mazda Ltd, Pearl Global, Atlas Cycles, California Delicate and Goldiam Intnl hit their new 52-week highs in this day’s alternate, whereas Noida Toll Bridge Co, Spacenet Enterprise, SVP Global, Dhanvarsha Finvest and Filatex Fashions hit new 52-week lows in alternate.
