Orion Capital Managers and International Resort Investments have entered a framework settlement for Orion to make a 72% stake in the Corinthia Resort Lisbon, with completion anticipated in the first half of 2026.
Orion Capital Managers, by its Orion European Exact Property Fund VI, has signed a framework settlement with International Resort Investments (IHI) to make a majority stake in the Corinthia Resort Lisbon.
