Shares of Alkem Laboratories Ltd.(up 3.18 per cent), Lupin Ltd.(up 2.83 per cent), Natco Pharma Ltd.(up 2.5 per cent), J B Chemical substances & Prescribed pills Ltd.(up 1.58 per cent) and Ipca Laboratories Ltd.(up 1.56 per cent) ended the day as high gainers within the pack.
On the diversified hand, Abbott India Ltd.(down 3.26 per cent), Divi’s Laboratories Ltd.(down 2.27 per cent), Biocon Ltd.(down 2.22 per cent), Granules India Ltd.(down 0.61 per cent) and Glenmark Prescribed pills Ltd.(down 0.58 per cent) performed because the conclude losers of the day.
The Nifty Pharma index closed 0.35 per cent up at 22114.25.
