Democratic challenger slams Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman’s improve of Trump’s tariffs

The Democrat candidate working for Nassau County govt slammed Republican incumbent Bruce Blakeman for backing President Trump’s global tariffs, which have introduced about a giant drop in the stock market.

The levies, Koslow stated, even target American ally Israel.
“It’s disgusting that Bruce Blakeman stood there clapping as President Trump slapped an arbitrary tariff on Israel. What a phony. If he had any braveness or conviction in anyway, he’d stand with our most principal ally, Israel, and present President Trump to support off his stamp-hiking madness,” the Nassau County legislator urged The Put up.
“This isn’t about left or honest or Republican, Democrat. It’s about 401(okay)s. Bruce Blakeman became at the White Home cheering on these tariffs. Why isn’t Bruce Blakeman holding us?”
However Blakeman disregarded the criticism and defended Trump’s tariffs to spur job creation.
“I proceed to stand with organized labor and the working males and females of Nassau County in supporting job creation and economic security here in The United States,” Blakeman stated Sunday.
“While we all fragment concerns about the stock market, we would be a stronger and better The United States if extra jobs are held by Individuals and extra goods are manufactured here.”
Inventory futures dropped dramatically Sunday night with the Dow Jones Industrial Average down 2.1% and the S&P 500 plummeting about 2.5% while the Nasdaq fell virtually 3.1%.
The frequent election for the county seat will likely be held on November 4.
