A devastating explosion, suspected to be resulted in by an Improvised Explosive Tool (IED), has rocked the bustling Buni Yadi cattle market in the Gujba native government space of Yobe Instruct, on Friday.
The incident took place at approximately 1:30pm, per a resident of Buni, Ali Hassan, who acknowledged: “It took place around 1:30 this afternoon, injuring a lady and plenty of alternative traders.”
Authorities were yet to substantiate the fleshy extent of the effort or the vogue of casualties, but eyewitnesses reported main injuries amongst market-goers and traders. The explosion has resulted in frequent dismay and chaos, disrupting the day-to-day activities of the common cattle market.
